Awards and Rules

Welcome to [info]waiting_minds. This is the graphics journal of [info]blue_emotion. Here you will find mainly icons, but also some wallpapers and banners. You will also find texture sets and tutorials.


Rules:

[x] comments are nice ♥ Plus they help me know what people like so I can make more of the same
[x] Textless icons are not bases unless I state they are.
[x] Please don't hotlink. It is an evil thing to do to my poor photobucket account

[x]If you want a tutorial on how I made any of my icons just drop me a comment
